Fragment of white marble; broken on all sides. Letters with long apices.

Comments

Sardis VII 1, no. 21, 4–6 mentions Her[mes and Herakles] as [gods] of the παλαίστρα. A form of παλαιστής (“wrestler”) would be another possible restoration.
