[ ?Μενάν]δρου Σαρδιανὴ καὶ Ἐφεσία [vac.?] [κατεσκεύασε τὸ μνη]μ̣εῖον ἑαυτῇ κα̣ὶ τέκνοις. [vac.?]

- “[(female name)], daughter of [?Menan]dros, citizen of Sardis and Ephesos, [built the] tomb for herself and her children.”

- Description
Plaque of white marble; only the lower edge with molding is preserved, all other sides are damaged. Above the inscription there is a rasura.
