Ἐπὶ Νικομήδους Βι̣[άν]ο̣ρ̣[ος, μη]- νὸς Ξανδικοῦ ΘΚ[ ] Μελίβοια Υ̣Π̣Ḷ[ ]Ν̣Λ̣Υ̣[ ]

Ricl, IGSK 53 (Alexandria Troas), no. 81 comm. and LGPN II and IIIA (see also VA, VB, and VC). The accusative would be noteworthy; see nos. 605, 2–3 comm. and 618, 4–5 comm.
