Ἀρτέμιδι Ἀναειτι [καὶ] Μηνὶ Τιαμου Ἀντώ[νιος ?] Φιλοστράτου ὑπὲρ [Γλυ]- 4 κωνίδος τῆς συνβ[ίου] εὐχήν.
