3 πατέρα συνκλη̣[τικῶν]: Philostratus, vit. soph. 2, 23, 1 (605), mentions that all the sons of Flavius Damianus were received in the Senate, being admired because of their good repute and disdain of money (εὐδοκιμώτατοι δὲ καὶ οἱ ἀπ᾿ αὐτοῦ φύντες, ξυγκλήτου γὰρ βουλῆς ἀξιοῦνται πάντες ἐπ᾿ εὐδοξίᾳ θαυμαζόμενοι καὶ ὑπεροψίᾳ χρημάτων); cf.
