- Probably MPC-II. Nearly half of the foot and a small part of the body. Exterior: the bases of two rays are placed close together. At the juncture of the foot and body is a thin reserved line followed by a line of glaze. A reserved band appears on the upper slope of the foot; a band of glaze on the bottom continues over the edge of the foot. On the underside of the foot are several compass-drawn incised lines on the slope of the foot, as well as a line of glaze marking the juncture of the foot and the convex area of the body. Glaze: orange-red, but mostly vanished. Clay: fine and somewhat powdery. Yellow-orange in hue. Munsell no. between 10 YR 7/4 (very pale brown) and 7.5 YR 7/4 (pink).
